Margaret Robinson Barbaras
(August 7, 1920 - April 11, 2008)

Margaret Robinson Barbaras, a long time resident of Las Cruces, passed away Friday at Memorial Medical Center after a brief and fortunately pain free battle with lung cancer. She lived to age 87, always living her life on her own terms and in her own style. Margaret is survived by her two children, Richard Barbaras (and wife Linda) and Sally Quillin (and husband Michael), three grandchildren, Sean, Hannah and Bryce and two great-grandchildren, Cole and Olexa, and her brother, Hugh Robinson. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eugene in 1972. A graveside service honoring her memory will be on Tuesday, April 15, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
